Any Given Reason are a metalcore 6-piece from Shropshire. Formed in 2022, featuring a collection of hard-working and energetic metalheads. Inspired by industry titans like Lamb of God, Bullet For My Valentine, and Slipknot; their unique high energy, dual vocalist fronted performances filled with neck-snapping riffs, hard-hitting lyrics, and bouncing breakdowns, their crowd engaging performances will have your heads banging for days.

Any Given Reason won Best Newcomers and runners-up in Best Metal at The Shropshire Music Awards 2024, and also reached the North Wales Metal 2 The Masses Grand Finals in both 2024 and 2025.

Any Given Reason's self-produced debut EP ALPHA starts with a build intro track that drops into the powerhouse STATE OF MENTALITY to kickstart the release with a bang. The four following tracks pull influences from across the collective mind of all six members. The lyrical and musical content focuses heavily on personal struggles and the importance of remaining strong in the face of adversity: an ethos reflected in each member’s journey and their focus on mental health issues both on and off-stage.
